BProManagement is an Association Management program
(AMP) that will help associations of all sizes manage
their membership. BProManagement is a hybrid web-based
and desktop program that is the ideal solution for any
association that requires an all-inclusive membership
management solution.
BProManagement organizes and manages your membership
base, as well as simplifies the preparation and
execution of all your events. Plus, BProManagement will
even build or extend your current association website,
allowing your members to update their profile
information, track legislative bills, process payments
and register for events.
Module Overview
Membership Management
The Membership Management Module allows associations to
manage its members and the people associated with them.
Individual members will be able to register online and edit
their profile. In addition, member organizations can add and
update the information about their staff, adding as many
people as necessary. The information includes being able to
assign what roles staff have so that emails and class
announcement can be targeted to just those people that need
to know. Once an individual is entered in the system, they
can log in to update their own information. This module also
functions as an on-line directory so the staff of member
organizations can contact their counterparts easily.
Event Management
The Event Management Module allows associations to
streamline the entire event management process. Associations
will be able to enter in each individual event including all
event details and will also be able to upload an event
handout which provides additional event information.
Associations will also be able to manage exhibitors in this
module. Member organizations and individual members will be
able to register and pay online, learn about event venue
information, and view a list of other event registrants.
Legislation Management
The Legislation Management Module allows associations to
keep its member banks up to speed on legislative issues that
are of interest. Associations can scroll through a list of
legislative bills, and select the bills that they would like
to monitor. In addition, associations will be able to enter
in notes about the bill to members understand the
association’s position on the bill. Members will be able to
log in and track legislation, as well as receive email
updates (if they desire) regarding legislative updates.
Email Management
The Email Management Module allows associations to
generate emails to members. The program allows selecting by
people’s interests, places of employment or legislative
district or any combination thereof. The email system allows
for full formatting just as in Outlook as well as multiple
attachments.

Pricing and Fees
Initial Setup Fee
$499 (One-time fee)
Includes basic customization to
set up the program with an association’s colors and graphics
as well as minor changes to the titles and form labels. Also
includes conversion of existing electronic data.
BProManagement will be integrated with the existing
association website as needed. If existing association data
is not electronic, this price is subject to change.
FULL BProManagement
Package
$110 per month per
administrator. Package includes Membership Management, Event
Management and Email Management. This price does not include
the Legislative Management Module which is an additional
$499 for clients subscribing to BProManagement.

$75 per month per administrator.
Event Management
Module
$75 per month per administrator.
Email Management
Module
$75 per month per administrator.
Legislation
Management Module
Flat rate of $499 per legislative year for clients
subscribing to BProManagement. $749 per legislative year for
clients not subscribing to BProManagement. Subscription
begins December 1 and expires the following November 30.
Credit Card
Processing Fee
If processing credit card transactions through
BProManagement, a $5 fee per month will apply. In addition,
each individual credit transaction processed through
BProManagement is subject to a 3.5% processing fee. Visa,
Mastercard and Discover accepted.
Additional Administrators
Each additional administrator license will be $110 per
month. Administrators are classified as employees who work
for the association who will edit data. An
employee, who will just view information, is not considered
an administrator, and there is no fee for them to have full
viewing access of BProManagement.
BProManagement includes free support for problems with
existing pages and free upgrades as the program develops.
Custom add-ons are developed at $65 per hour. The program
can be customized as much as needed to meet your
association’s particular needs.
